1. Return of goods
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt if:
The goods have not been used and have retained their marketable appearance.
Their consumer properties, seals, labels and packaging have been preserved.
You have a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).
If you were mistakenly sent another product or a product of improper quality:
We ask you to issue an “Easy Return” through Nova Poshta.
After receiving the return, we will:
Send you the correct product at our expense
or
Refund the funds to your account (by agreement).
2. How to issue a return?
Check that the product meets the requirements for return.
Contact our support service at [phone number] or write to us at [email]. We will provide all the necessary information to process the return.
After confirmation, send the goods via Nova Poshta, specifying our branch.
Refund
Refunds are made within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods, provided that all requirements are met.
